By scheduling services with Triple Shine Cleaning Services, LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Cancellation Policy
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee.
2. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments.
- Late or failed payments may result in additional fees or suspension of future services.
3. Access to Property
Clients are responsible for ensuring that our cleaners have safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled date and time.
- If access is not granted, the full service price will be charged to ensure our employees are compensated for their scheduled time.
4. Liability
We take care to treat your property with respect and professionalism. However:
- We are not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, improper installation, wear and tear, or unsecured/fragile items.
- Clients should secure valuables, breakables, and sensitive items prior to service.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not happy with the cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of service. We will return to address the concern at no additional cost. Refunds are not provided in place of corrective service.
6. Health & Safety
- Clients should inform us in advance of any allergies, sensitivities, or special requirements that may affect our cleaning services.
- We reserve the right to refuse service in situations that pose a health, safety, or environmental risk to our staff.
7. Recurring Services
- For clients receiving recurring services (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), your time slot is reserved specifically for you.
- Skipped or missed appointments without proper notice may result in additional fees or adjustments to your cleaning rate.
- Commercial clients: Terms may vary depending on the scope of work, contract agreements, and service frequency.
8. Changes to Terms
Triple Shine Cleaning Services, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of changes prior to their next scheduled service.
