Deluxe Cleaning
This is where we get down to the nitty gritty details. We suggest starting with a Deluxe Cleaning for your first service visit, and then scheduling follow-up maintenance cleanings. To best facilitate our services, please have your home in tidy order upon our arrival.
Deluxe Cleaning includes the following services:
- Ceiling fan blades within 2-step ladder reach (hand washed or wiped)
- Blinds & shutters (vacuumed, not washed)
- Pictures & knick-knacks (dusted)
- Top of refrigerator (hand washed or wiped)
- All cabinet fronts (hand washed or wiped)
- Light switch plates (hand washed)
- Mirrors (cleaned)
- Wastebaskets (emptied/washed/relined)
- Floors (vacuumed &/or mopped)
- Beds made, 1 set of sheets changed
- Light fixtures within 2-step ladder reach (hand washed in place/not removed)
- Moldings & woodwork, window sills, & lock ledges (hand washed or wiped)
- Uncluttered shelves (hand wiped)
- Outside of appliances cleaned / inside microwave
- Vacant homes: drawers, empty shelves, inside cabinets (hand washed or wiped)
- Countertops & backsplashes (hand washed)
- Tub/shower & tiles (double scrubbed for build up)
- Cobwebs removed
- Baseboards (hand washed or wiped, reachable w/out moving furniture)
- Furniture (polished, fronts, sides, legs)
- Stovetop, grates or drip pans scrubbed
- All doors and door frames (hand washed or wiped)
- All sinks (scrubbed/disinfected)
- All bathroom counters & fixtures (sanitized)
- Stairs (vacuumed)
*For our safety, we do not move furniture or climb higher than a 2-step ladder. We will make our best effort to reach any visible places by hand or with an extension duster, however, some chandeliers or ceiling fans may be out of reach.
