1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of tripleshineclean.com (the “Site”) and any cleaning services, quotes, communications, or programs provided by Triple Shine Clean, LLC (“Triple Shine Clean,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using the Site, submitting a quote request, scheduling service, or opting in to receive text messages or emails from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Site, request service, or consent to receive messages from us.

3. Our Services and Service Area
Triple Shine Clean provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including standard recurring cleaning, deluxe deep cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, post-construction and new-construction cleanup, pre-staging cleaning, and commercial cleaning for offices, schools, churches, salons, and event venues.
We serve St. Clair County, Monroe County, and surrounding communities in the Metro East region of Illinois. Service availability varies by location and may change without notice. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service at any property at our discretion, including for reasons of safety, accessibility, or conditions outside the scope of our services.
4. Quotes and Estimates
Quotes provided through the Site, by phone, by text, or in person are estimates based on the information you provide, including square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, service type, and property condition.
Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual condition, size, or scope of the property differs materially from what was described. If an adjustment is needed, we will notify you before beginning or continuing work. Quotes are valid for [30] days unless stated otherwise.
5. Text Message (SMS/MMS) Program Terms
These terms govern the Triple Shine Clean text messaging program. By providing your mobile number and consenting, you agree to the following.
Program description. Triple Shine Clean uses SMS and MMS text messaging to communicate with customers and prospective customers about:
- Quote requests and estimate follow-ups
- Appointment confirmations, reminders, and arrival updates
- Scheduling changes, rescheduling, and cancellations
- Service follow-up, satisfaction check-ins, and review requests
- Billing and payment notices
- Occasional promotional offers and service announcements (only if you have opted in to marketing messages)
How you consent. You may opt in to receive text messages by:
- Checking the SMS consent box on a form on tripleshineclean.com
- Providing your mobile number and consent verbally to a Triple Shine Clean representative by phone or in person
- Texting us first at (618) 444-8938
- Signing a service agreement or intake form that includes SMS consent
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to agree to receive text messages in order to buy any goods or services from Triple Shine Clean. You may also reach us by phone at (618) 444-8938, by email, or through tripleshineclean.com/contact/.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You will typically receive messages related to your quote request or scheduled appointments. If you opt in to promotional messages, you may receive up to [4] marketing messages per month.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Triple Shine Clean does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you for messages sent or received according to your plan.
How to opt out. You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming your opt-out, and you will receive no further texts from that program. You may also opt out by calling us at (618) 444-8938 or emailing us. To rejoin, reply START or contact us again with your consent.
How to get help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or call us at (618) 444-8938 during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central). You may also visit tripleshineclean.com/contact/.
Supported carriers. Carriers include, but are not limited to, AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket Wireless, Google Voice, and Virgin Mobile. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Delivery. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed. Triple Shine Clean is not liable for delayed, failed, or undelivered messages.
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and the authorized owner or account holder of the mobile number you provide. If you change or give up your mobile number, you agree to notify us so that we do not message a new user of that number.
Privacy of your mobile information. No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All opt-in data and consent records are excluded from any sharing with third parties for their own marketing use. Information may be shared only with subcontractors and vendors who provide services that support our messaging program (for example, our CRM and messaging platform providers), and only for that purpose. 6. Email and Phone Communications
By providing your email address or phone number, you consent to receive service-related communications from us, including quotes, confirmations, invoices, and follow-up. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or by contacting us. Service-related and transactional messages may continue as needed to fulfill your service.
Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality and training purposes where permitted by law.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Site and our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at tripleshineclean.com/privacy-policy/, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
8. Site Content and Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the Triple Shine Clean name and logo, photographs, and layout — is owned by or licensed to Triple Shine Clean, LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or use our content or marks for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
Reviews, testimonials, and photographs are published with permission. Individual results and experiences vary.
9. Acceptable Use of the Site
You agree not to use the Site to: submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information; submit another person’s contact information without their authorization; interfere with the Site’s operation or security; attempt unauthorized access to any system; or scrape, harvest, or collect data by automated means without our written consent.
10. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may link to third-party websites and services, including scheduling, payment, review, and messaging platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of those third parties. Your use of a third-party service is subject to that party’s own terms.
11. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Information on the Site, including cleaning tips and blog content, is provided for general informational purposes only and is not professional advice for your specific property or situation.
Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty or right that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Illinois or federal law.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Triple Shine Clean, LLC and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of use, arising out of or relating to the Site, our services, or these Terms — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services will not exceed the amount you paid to Triple Shine Clean for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply to liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, bodily injury, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Triple Shine Clean, LLC and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of: your breach of these Terms; your provision of inaccurate information; undisclosed hazards or conditions at the property; your failure to have authority to request service at a property; or your submission of a mobile number you were not authorized to provide.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in St. Clair County, Illinois, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at (618) 444-8938 or through tripleshineclean.com/contact/ and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter informally.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Changes to the text message program terms will not be applied retroactively to messages already sent.
16. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Triple Shine Clean regarding the Site and our services. Where a signed service agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.
