We proudly serve St. Clair County, Monroe County, and surrounding Metro East Illinois communities. Our mission is to help busy homeowners and local businesses maintain clean, healthy, welcoming spaces through reliable, professional, and detail-oriented cleaning.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Cleaning appointments are scheduled during business hours. If you need to reach us outside of these hours, you can submit a request through our online contact form and we will respond during the next business day.

Cleaning for a Reason is a national nonprofit that provides free home cleanings for cancer patients. Triple Shine Cleaning is a proud partner in this program. Through the network of over 1,200 residential cleaning companies, eligible patients receive two free home cleanings — one per month for two months. If you or a loved one qualifies, you can apply through our website.
Triple Shine Cleaning is the preferred cleaning company of the Gateway Grizzlies baseball team. Our team cleans and sanitizes Arsenal BG Ball Park and Grizzlies Academy, keeping players, patrons, and all baseball lovers in a clean and healthy environment.
Residential Cleaning
For the safety of our team, we do not move heavy furniture or climb higher than a 2-step ladder. We will make our best effort to reach any visible places by hand or with an extension duster, but some high chandeliers or ceiling fans may be out of reach. We also ask that your home be in tidy order prior to our arrival so we can focus on deep cleaning rather than organizing.

We offer Weekly, Bi-Weekly, and Monthly recurring cleaning packages. Each plan is designed to keep your home consistently clean between visits. We will help you choose the plan that best fits your needs and budget. Recurring clients get a reserved time slot specifically for them, ensuring consistent and dependable service.
Our Deluxe Cleaning includes: ceiling fan blades (within 2-step ladder reach), blinds and shutters (vacuumed), pictures and knick-knacks (dusted), top of refrigerator, all cabinet fronts, light switch plates, mirrors, wastebaskets (emptied/washed/relined), floors (vacuumed and/or mopped), beds made with one set of sheets changed, light fixtures, moldings and woodwork, window sills, uncluttered shelves, outside of appliances and inside microwave, countertops and backsplashes, tub/shower and tiles (double scrubbed), cobweb removal, baseboards, furniture polishing, stovetop and grates, all doors and door frames, all sinks, bathroom counters and fixtures, and stair vacuuming.
Our Standard Cleaning is a recurring maintenance clean that keeps your home consistently fresh and tidy. Our Deluxe Cleaning is a thorough deep clean that covers the nitty-gritty details — including ceiling fan blades, blinds, cabinet fronts, baseboards, light fixtures, moldings, inside microwaves, stovetop grates, and more. We recommend starting with a Deluxe Cleaning for your first visit, then scheduling Standard Cleaning maintenance going forward.

Pricing & Payment
Yes. All bank and card information is processed using secure, encrypted systems. We do not store sensitive payment details on our servers. Your payment data is only used to process authorized transactions.

Scheduling & Appointments
You do not need to be home during the cleaning. Many of our clients provide access instructions (a key, lockbox, or garage code) so our team can clean while you are at work or running errands. We ask that you ensure our cleaners have safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled date and time.
The ideal frequency depends on your household size, lifestyle, and personal preference. We recommend bi-weekly cleaning for most families, weekly cleaning for busy households with children or pets, and monthly cleaning for smaller homes or those needing light maintenance between deep cleans. For clients receiving recurring services (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), your time slot is reserved specifically for you. Skipped or missed appointments without proper notice may result in additional fees or adjustments to your cleaning rate. Please contact us at least 24 hours ahead if you need to reschedule.

For recurring service clients, your time slot is reserved specifically for you, so timely notice helps us manage our schedule effectively.

Trust & Safety
We may take before-and-after photos of cleaning jobs for documentation, training, and quality assurance purposes. We do not photograph personal or private information such as family photos, documents, or valuables. If a photo inadvertently contains identifying information, we delete or edit the image before use. Photos may be used for marketing purposes but will never include identifiable client details without your consent.
Your privacy is important to us. Our employees are strictly prohibited from using or disclosing client information for personal purposes. They must not share, photograph, or discuss anything they see or hear in a client’s home or business outside of approved job documentation. Any breach of this confidentiality policy is grounds for disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
We guarantee 100% satisfaction on all our services. If you are not happy with a cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address your concerns at no additional cost. We take pride in the quality we deliver and will do whatever it takes to ensure your satisfaction.
We do not provide refunds in place of corrective service. Instead, if you are not satisfied with your cleaning, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to make it right at no additional charge. Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with every visit.

Clients are responsible for ensuring our cleaners have safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled date and time. If access is not granted, the full service price will be charged to ensure our employees are compensated for their scheduled time. Many clients provide a key, lockbox code, or garage code for entry.
We take care to treat your property with respect and professionalism. However, we are not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, improper installation, wear and tear, or unsecured or fragile items. We ask that clients secure valuables, breakables, and sensitive items prior to service.
